The Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce with the assistance of their Board of Directors  and Ambassadors was on hand to welcome 30 Minute Hit Rockwall to their organization with a Ribbon Cutting this past Thursday.
 
30 Minute Hit is a high intensity action packed Boxing/Kickboxing Circuit workout designed just for women.
