DESCRIPTION:The Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce will begin hosting an informative series of programs that affect all of us and to develop connections among our members as well as our community as a whole.   The January Brown Bag Lunch Series will feature Rockwall Healthy Solutions business owners John & Pam Benedetto and Weight Off for Life owner Diane Porter.  This January program's topic is "HAPPY LIVING: Benefits of Healthy Easting & Good Nutrition" - a good way to start the new year.\n\n\n\nDiane Porter\, Weight Off for Life \n\nDiane Porter is a Masters Prepared Registered Nurse and an Applied Clinical Nutritionist. She and Dr. Jim own Pharmacy Compounding Specialties\, located in Dallas\, Texas for over 10 years. Diane is a Certified Health Coach and Regional Director with Take Shape for Life in her 5th year of service. Diane and Dr. Jim's business\, Weight Off for Life\, that incorporates the Take Shape for Life program\, the coaching division of Medifast that is in its 10th year of service. They have offices in Rockwall as well as Dallas. They are residents of Rockwall for over 7 years. \n\nPam Benedetto\, Rockwall Healthy Solutions \n\nPam Benedetto is the Owner of Rockwall Healthy Solutions in Rockwall\, Texas. She was born on March 27th in Dallas\, Texas and was raised in Lake Highlands where her parents still currently live to this day. She attended Lake Highlands High School and went to The College of Medical and Dental Professional Assistants. In 1975 she married John Benedetto and moved to Rockwall in 1983\, where they still currently reside. They have 2 sons\, Jason who is 33 and Matt who is 32 years old. They also have a wonderful daughter-in-law\, Stephanie. Pam says life would not be complete without their family and grandchildren\; Avery who is 9\, Jackson who is 7\, and Harrison who is 4 years old. They have attended First United Methodist in Rockwall since 1983. In her spare time she enjoys spoiling their grandchildren and spending time with her parents who just celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary.
