Prior to opening his agency\, he was selected to be the commander of the 9th Battalion\, United States Military Entrance Processing Command\, where he oversaw and managed the operations at 5 stations across Texas\, in Amarillo\, Dallas\, El Paso\, San Antonio\, and Houston.  He was responsible for the training and development of over 500 service members and civilians.  Ben has 23 years of experience in overseeing and leading progressively larger organizations here in the US\, as well as overseas operations.\n\n\n\nStephen Rodriguez\, Senior Master Sergeant\, US Air Force (Retired)\, is currently the Senior Project Manager for Clune Company and manages pre-construction logistics\, scheduling and planning\, oversees the requests for information and submitted processes and ensures compliance and timely project execution.  He previously served as the 9th Battalion Senior Enlisted Advisor\, where he oversaw the day-to-day operations at the Dallas location.  He was responsible for building efficient stations at the other four locations as well.  Stephen served in a variety of leadership roles during his 20-year Air Force career in locations across the globe.
