DESCRIPTION:Sisters of Grace Ministry is hosting a Self-Defense Class on June 20\, 2026\, 9:30 am- 12:30 pm.at The Center of Rockwall\, 108 East Washington.\n\n\n\nOfficer John Donaldson will be teaching the class. Men\, women\, and kids ages 14+ with their parents are welcome to join in. Learn effective self-defense techniques\, improve awareness\, decision-making and confidence\, and empower yourself and loved ones. Class is limited to 50 participants\, and everyone must register in advance at www.sistersofgraceministry.com/events.  Cost is $30. All proceeds go to Sisters of Grace Ministry.\n\n\n\nEmployers may consider sending their employees\, as the class also includes a safety awareness portion.
