SUMMARY:December Partnership Luncheon
DESCRIPTION:This month we will be treated to a special singing performance from Walk the Line - a cappella group comprised of 15 singers from Rockwall High School in Rockwall\, TX and directed by Leia Browning. Since 2015\, they have been finalists in the annual Sing! Texas festival\, Acatex Vocal Festival\, and at the National ICHSA Competition in New York City. In 2018\, they were Champions of Sing! Texas\, in 2021\, they won second place at the International A Cappella Finals in New York City\, and they just recently won the Acatex Championship last weekend! Many former Walk the Line students have gone on to pursue music\, composition\, or vocal performance in college\, and several continue to sing in collegiate a cappella groups as well. They released their 3rd album\, "Lost in Love" in 2023\, and continue to sing and compete in concerts and festivals around the country.
