LOCATION:The parade will leave the parking lot of the RISD football stadium/Aquatic Center\, head north on TL Townsend Dr. past the County Jail\, turn left and head west one block to S. Clark St. and then proceed under the big shade trees to the at Dobbs Elementary School.
