RETIREMENT PLAN SPONSORS AND PARTICIPANTS. As a business owner, if your company sponsors a 401 (k) are you aware of all the existing and NEW requirements necessary to keep your plan in compliance??? As an employee, what should you know if your employer provides a 401 (k) for you to participant in??? This informative session will brief you on current law changes and why a participant should continue to maximize their 401 (k) contributions. Bring your questions and get them answered!
