Presenter: Mario Hayek
Registration Deadline – March 6, 2015 (Extended)
Gain a detailed understanding of the components for a business plan. In particular, the objectives of the session are: 1) learn the importance of scanning the external environment, 2) learn about opportunity recognition and articulation of the identified opportunity, 3) become aware of the elements to be included in the marketing, operations and financial plans, and 4) understand the interrelatedness of each component and the importance that each component be consistent/coherent with the others. There are no prerequisites for this seminar.
