Speakers and topics include :
- Parker Anderton, MS ( Gem MD, Weight Management Dietitian ) will be talking about general weight loss and will be answering any questions regarding misinformation surrounding weight loss.
- Joslin Sansom ( The Stretch Zone, Owner ) will be discussing the benefits of one on one practitioner assistant stretching and will be answering any questions that may come up during her presentation.
- Tami El Habachi, MS CCC-SLP ( Double Talk Therapy, Owner ) will be discussing breathing mechanics and how to reinvent the way you breathe to enhance your overall health followed by a time for any questions
