Join us for this educational, one hour Power Hour Training for Small Business - Cyber Security: How to avoid the cost of human error on your wallet and business taught by Sheila Hair with My Computer Guy!

Learn about 5 scenarios on how to avoid human error and measures that can be taken to save your business from costly mistakes. Sheila will also discuss Cyber Trends and Statistics and share tools available along with recommended best practices.

Sheila Hair, President and co-owner of My Computer Guy, graduated from Texas Christian University in 1994, with degrees in Communication and Marketing. She served as the Chairman for the Rowlett Chamber Board of Directors 2020-2021 term and serves as the current Chair of the Rowlett Chamber Foundation and participates in the Executive and Events Committee and serves on the City of Rowlett Economic Development Advisory Board.

Rockwall Chamber of Commerce Board of Director and Partnership Committee Chair for the Ambassador Program 2015-2018, Board of Directors for the Rowlett Chamber of Commerce from 2010-2014 and served on the board for American National Bank and Rockwall Community Development in 2012-2013 and Leadership Rockwall graduate 2009, and Leadership Rowlett Class of 2020.

In addition, My Computer Guy has partnered with the Rockwall ISD through the Project Based Learning Internship program and job shadowing students.

Currently, Sheila serves on the CompTIA Advancing Women in Technology committee which mentors women interested in technology careers. Sheila was honored to be awarded Ambassador of the Year in both 2009 and 2010 and was recognized with the Spirit of Rockwall award in 2010. My Computer Guy was recognized Rockwall Area Chamber Medium Business Part of the Year in 2015 and 2018, and recipient of the Community Impact Business Award from the Rowlett Area Chamber in 2019.

Bill and Sheila have been married 27 years and have a daughter, Grace who attend Dallas College Eastfield Campus. She has one dog and one cat and enjoys walking, running, reading, and riding horses. We moved to Rockwall in August 1999 and have been active member of LakePointe Church and other local organizations since moving to the area.
