Description
All-You-Can-Eat Pancake Breakfast to benefit the Rockwall County Reading for Adults Program (RFA) RFA is a free community service offering adult education classes in several locations. Classes include English as a Second Language (ESL), GED studies and preparation, Citizenship preparation and Adult literacy. All tutors are volunteers from our community.
