Rockwall County Historical Society Hosts a Night at the Museum
Meet the New Museum Curator, Robin Shackelford
The Rockwall County Historical Foundation will host a meet-and-greet with the museum’s new curator from 6 to 8 p.m. Sept. 18 at Manson-LaMoreaux-Hartman House.
Robin Shackelford took over as curator in June when Debbie Lawhon retired after seven years.
The museum showcases artifacts from county residents. It is at 901 E. Washington in Harry Myers Park. Regular hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday and Saturday and by appointment. Admission is free.
