Description
Veterans Day Celebration
Rockwall County will feature a Memorabilia Display Area to share our collective service experience. Our celebration will highlight the honor and courage of World War II Veterans in this 70th Anniversary Year of the D-Day invasion.
RHS Band and the Rockwall Area Children's Choir will perform patriotic music. The Tri-County Veterans Honor Guard will post and retire the colors, a touching ceremony for all.
Master of Ceremonies: Major General (Ret) Gary Bunch
Keynote Speaker: Command Sergeant Major (Ret) Christopher J. Lynch
Both Soldiers are Rockwall County Residents who served their country with distinction.
Attendees, please feel free to bring photos, memorabilia, medals, etc. for display areas and share your story of your special Veteran's Day.
