In 2022, Amanda Casper founded the Greater Rockwall Youth Symphony (GRYS), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that aims to connect kids with community through music. We perform for seniors, veterans, local nonprofits, community events and celebrations and have had over 100 students perform in 2-full orchestra concerts and over 50 chamber music performances throughout the community. GRYS offers masterclasses with special guest artists, side-by-side performances, piano and homeschool programs. We welcome students ages 6-18 of all skill-levels and instruments. Our inclusive program allows musical training to be accessible for all students who have a thirst to grow. Nearly 40% of our students receive scholarships and tuition waivers.

Sandra Evans is a vice president and private banker with Frost’s private banking group. She joined Frost in 2022 and has been in the financial industry for over 20 years.
Sandra is responsible for helping clients understand their sophisticated and distinct financial needs by developing a tailored plan and unique combination of services designed to protect and grow wealth to reach future goals.
She is an Investment Company and Variable Contracts Products Representative, and a Uniform Securities Agent.
In addition to her work at Frost, she is a member of the Rockwall Chamber of Commerce and volunteers her time with Rockwall Meals on Wheels, Operation Christmas Child and the Children Advocacy Center of Rockwall. She previously participated in Leadership Kaufman County and volunteered with Habitat for Humanity. Sandra enjoys spending time with her family, going to concerts, snow skiing and exploring new restaurants.

I am honored to have been elected by the citizens as the Rockwall County Clerk on November 8, 2022. My community involvement includes: Rockwall County Clerk, Castle Ridge HOA Secretary, Member of the Rockwall Chamber of Commerce, Royse City Chamber of Commerce, Rockwall Women in Business, former PAC Treasurer for RCRW and past Secretary for the Rockwall County GOP Reagan Day event.

Sheila Hair, President and co-owner of My Computer Guy, graduated from Texas Christian University in 1994, with degrees in Communication and Marketing. Bill and Sheila have been married since July 9,1994, and have a daughter, Grace who attends Dallas College Eastfield Campus. She has one dog and one cat and enjoys walking, running, reading and riding horses.  We moved to Rockwall in August 1999 and have been active member of LakePointe church and other local organizations since moving to the area.

As the Republican Party of Rockwall County, we represent the voters with the Texas Republican Party, and reciprocally, the Texas Republican Party with Rockwall Republican voters.
