In 2022, Amanda Casper founded the Greater Rockwall Youth Symphony (GRYS), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that aims to connect kids with community through music. We perform for seniors, veterans, local nonprofits, community events and celebrations and have had over 100 students perform in 2-full orchestra concerts and over 50 chamber music performances throughout the community. GRYS offers masterclasses with special guest artists, side-by-side performances, piano and homeschool programs. We welcome students ages 6-18 of all skill-levels and instruments. Our inclusive program allows musical training to be accessible for all students who have a thirst to grow. Nearly 40% of our students receive scholarships and tuition waivers.

Gerald Hendrik is a financial advisor helping families manage their wealth.  He sits on the Board for The Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce and the Boys and Girls Club of Northeast Texas. Gerald specializes in many different areas of the industry including Investment management, Divorce, retirement planning, estate planning, and overall comprehensive financial planning. 

Gerald graduated from the University of North Texas and holds his industry licenses. He is a Texas native and spends his time outside of work raising his daughter, twin boys, and mini schnauzer Emmitt, with his beautiful wife Melanie. 

Sales leader, certified personal trainer, recovering perfectionist and endorphin enthusiast, Andrea is a vegan and proficient in healthy living and eating. Andrea’s love for all creatures under the sun (bugs, too) drives her in her advocacy for ethical eating, environmental sustainability, and cruelty-free living. When she’s not educating and facilitating move-ins for residents at Brookdale Senior Living, you can find her volunteering with the Alzheimer’s Association and at the humane society, officiating weddings, reading about nutrition, belting out Broadway musical tunes, and eating an insane amount of peanut butter.

I'm a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Communications Technology and have worked in the digital marketing world since 2004. In 2005 my wife and I moved to Rockwall and don't plan to ever leave. We have three children and enjoy the community that is Rockwall. I've worked with a wide range of businesses and in various industries of business. From the small mom-and-pop businesses to larger fortune 500 companies, the effort and the quality are the same.

I also have a fair amount of experience in the non-profit world and currently server on several non-profit boards. My wife and I have been on several international mission trips, mostly to Africa and plan to continue as time and kids allow.

 I have been in banking in Rockwall since 2002 where I was at another financial institution for 18 years. I am currently the Banking Center Manager at b1BANK in Heath. I have enjoyed helping this community with its banking needs on both a personal and business level. I love the community feel this town has maintain while rapidly growing.
I have lived here since 2001. I am the proud mother of a Senior and a Freshman at Rockwall Heath High School. Most of my time outside of work is spent between wrestling and volleyball tournaments. I am a cruise-aholic and try to do a few of them each year.

My love for chocolates all started when I was a young girl. My aunt would take me to a local family owned chocolate shop for the holidays. This was such a special treat for me. Sometimes we would have to wait in line for an hour just to get some of these specialty chocolates. It was so special to see and such a memorable moment in my life. I knew that when I got older this is what I wanted to do.
As years passed I was an art student but never forgot my passion for the love of chocolate making. So how was I going to incorporate the two? I left it in God’s hands. Now thirty years and three kids later and never giving up on my dream, Wickland’s Candies was created. I hope everyone that tries my chocolates tastes the love and time that goes into each handcrafted piece.

U. S. Marine Corps, Ret., Lupe is married to Diane Treviño Gonzales, also of Brownsville, Texas. They have 4 grown children, active members of Our Lady of The Lake Catholic Church, and reside in Rockwall, Texas. Hobbies include most outdoor activities, travel, and music.

Born and raised in Dallas County, Andrea is a proud alum of Dallas Baptist University. She is a wife and a mother of two young children.
