Responsibilities
Create new policies and procedures to increase productivity and profitability.
Streamline workflow
Food costing and menu management
Kitchen Expo on busy days to ensure good outcomes.
Purchasing
Employee Scheduling
Property Maintenance
Front of house as needed
 
Qualifications
We need a person with experience as a restaurant manager.
Winery experience is helpful but not necessary.
Knowledge of Menu Max or something similar for food costing.
Good organizational skills.
People person, good with customers.
Food Handler's Manager Certification
TABC Certification
