Medical Receptionist

Victory Family Medicine | Heath, Texas | Full-Time

Victory Family Medicine is a new, physician-owned family medicine practice opening in Heath, Texas. We are looking for a warm, capable, and team-oriented Medical Receptionist who wants to be part of building something special from the ground up.

This position is ideal for someone with a Medical Assistant background and strong front-office/clerical skills who enjoys both patient interaction and the administrative side of healthcare.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and excellent customer service

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries

• Check patients in and out and maintain accurate demographic and insurance information

• Manage referrals, records, forms, and other front-office tasks

• Assist with insurance verification and prior authorizations as needed

• Support the clinical team when needed, drawing on your MA experience

• Help create an organized, efficient, and welcoming patient experience

• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture as we build our new practice

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a medical office setting

• Strong front-office, clerical, and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills

• Comfortable working with electronic health records and technology

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

• Friendly, compassionate, and servant-minded

• A genuine heart for patient care

• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
