AvilaCare Senior Living is founded on the belief that kindness enriches our lives. Our team is rooted in a rich history of caring for our seniors both professionally and personally. As an ownership, we actively have been pursuing excellence for over 23 years. From our extensive and broad history of experience, we have learned and implemented best practices to care for our work family, the AvilaFamily.

As a second-generation family owned and operated company, we’ve come to deeply understand the importance of staying connected. We strive to create a culture in which both team members and residents feel like they are part of our family.

Our commitment comes from the deep roots of our family company. Our original founders, John T and Andy B, came to America to escape communist persecution in Romania and take advantage of the endless possibilities that an American education provided. Being Romanian brought the mindset of multi-generational living into the company culture. Having multiple generations under the roof was a norm.

Mixing the two cultures has helped them develop communities that are old school family-focused combined with a state of constantly learning.
