Gloria's® Latin Cuisine is an authentic Salvadoran and Tex-Mex restaurant founded in Dallas, Texas in 1986 by Gloria and Jose Fuentes. For 40 years, the Fuentes family has been sharing the flavors they were raised on, from their abuela's kitchen in El Salvador to your table in Texas. What began as a small family restaurant has grown into a beloved Texas institution, now with 23 locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. At Gloria's, every dish carries a story of tradition, love and the taste of home.
