What do we have that's different? We've got infrared sauna workouts that you can access 24/7. Our studios unite heat, infrared energy, and exercise to torch calories and reduce stress. Choose from any one of our 30-minute isometric or 15-minute HIIT sessions and earn the burn!
Want to maximize your results? Cross train in our FX Zone with weights and strength training equipment. A silent trainer video will lead you through all kinds of exercises in a solo routine, or you can pick up our primo equipment and get it done your way. Believe. Do. Achieve. Repeat.
