Driving Directions:

From Horizon or highway 205, take Ralph Hall P'way to Mims Rd.
From I-30 traveling east, exit 67-C. Stay on access road until you pass Cracker Barrell. Turn on Mims Rd and travel south one block.

About Us

The Rockwall School of Music has been serving the greater Rockwall County area for over 28 years. We provide the best possible music lessons to children, teens and adults who are wanting to advance their skills in piano, guitar, drums, voice, violin, viola, cello, bass or ukulele. We are the only privately owned school of music in Rockwall County. Our 50 instructors provide private and small group music lessons for over 800 children, teens and adults weekly. In-person as well as virtual lessons now available.

Piano/keyboard lessons has always been our most requested type of lesson to teach.
If you want to play in an orchestra, we teach violin ,viola, cello and bass.
Violin, viola, cello and bass lessons are offered for those interested in orchestral instrumental lessons.
Private lessons as well as small group ensembles are available.
Drums is always one of our most popular instruments to teach.
For many children, teens and adults, learning to play the guitar is their entry point in to music. We teach all ages and all skill levels.
If you can hear it, we can teach you to sing it...all styles and all ages.
Personalized instruction still remains the favorite of most students. Lessons are customized for the learning style of the student in our private lesson setting.
