About Us

After decades of serving Iowans, our deep understanding of their needs led us to expand our Iowa presence from Council Bluffs to Des Moines. In March 2020, we opened our branch doors in Des Moines, solidifying our commitment to the area. Further growth followed, with the inauguration of a Deposit and Loan Production Office in December 2023. Located in Iowa's vibrant and growing communities, our locations are an integral part of their neighborhoods.

In Texas, a similar commitment drove our expansion efforts, and as long-time residents of the state, we made a strategic decision to expand our footprint. James Landen, Jr. joined us in 2019 to spearhead our Texas market, launching our first Texas location in March 2020. The resilience of our team exceeded expectations, propelling us to surpass our five-year goals for the Texas market.

Our Texas team has since emerged as the bank's hub for Small Business Administration (SBA) lending, achieving SBA Preferred Lender Status and ranking as a Top 10 SBA Lender in Dallas. In early 2023, we opened a Loan Production Office in Addison, Texas, to accommodate our growing lending program. As our team expanded, so did our ability to efficiently meet and exceed our client's expectations.
