Mr. Wayne Anderson is an Executive Leadership Coach and Founder of the Leadership Science Institute, LLC. He brings a strong blend of technical, business, managerial, and public-sector expertise, shaped by former leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies and local government. He helps clients start, expand, and grow their businesses through coaching, consulting, and training. Wayne’s background includes a U.S. Navy veteran, former business professor, state-appointed Business Advisor, SBA Certified Advisor, WBECS facilitator, City Council Member, and County Commissioner. He has held leadership roles with Chambers of Commerce, Manufacturer’s Edge, and Hope House. He is also the author of several books. Originally from New York, he holds degrees in Organizational Leadership, Information Technology, and Business Finance, plus a certificate in Applied Neuroscience.

Dr. Danielle L Hicks is an executive leadership coach and co-owner of the Leadership Science Institute, LLC (LSI), where she combines her expertise in human behavior, professional development, and workplace strategy to help leaders and teams thrive. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and brings over 15 years of experience in leadership development, training, and executive coaching across corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors.

A U.S. Air Force veteran, former college professor, and dedicated community advocate, Dr. Hicks has served on numerous military, city, and county boards. She is actively involved with the Boys & Girls Clubs in North Texas, serving in leadership roles at the local and regional levels. She is passionate about developing strong leaders to support thriving communities.
