Bobby Gallana is the dedicated Rockwall County Commissioner for Precinct 1, steadfast in his commitment to upholding conservative principles, promoting limited government, and fostering community development that respects individual freedoms and local control. A proud alumnus of Texas A&M University and The University of Oklahoma, Bobby earned his bachelor's degree.

As the owner and CEO of Barmetrix, Bobby's consulting firm empowers businesses to achieve financial success through disciplined operational excellence and conservative fiscal practices, serving clients nationwide and helping them thrive in a competitive economy. His dedication to conservative values shines through his key roles as Parliamentarian and Legislative Chair of the Rockwall County GOP Executive Committee.  He also recently served as Zone Chair of the Rockwall Lions Club, supporting community initiatives rooted in personal responsibility and volunteerism.
