Description
Sisters of Grace Ministry is hosting a Self-Defense Class on June 20, 2026, 9:30 am- 12:30 pm.at The Center of Rockwall, 108 East Washington.
Officer John Donaldson will be teaching the class. Men, women, and kids ages 14+ with their parents are welcome to join in. Learn effective self-defense techniques, improve awareness, decision-making and confidence, and empower yourself and loved ones. Class is limited to 50 participants, and everyone must register in advance at www.sistersofgraceministry.com/events. Cost is $30. All proceeds go to Sisters of Grace Ministry.
Employers may consider sending their employees, as the class also includes a safety awareness portion.
