Director Of First Impressions

Greet all walk-in traffic.  Announce visitors prior to them having access to offices. Answer incoming phone calls for Artisan, screen (as necessary), direct and announce calls to appropriate department. Responsible for phone coverage from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday, with a 1- hour lunch daily. The company dress code for the Showroom is business casual and it is expected to be adhered to on a day-to-day basis.  Maintain the showroom and common areas to assure the office is always presentable and clean
