FirstLight Home Care of Rockwall is seeking a motivated Community Liaison to build strong referral relationships and increase awareness of our non-medical home care services. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys networking, community outreach, and making a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do
-Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and community partners
-Generate quality referrals through in-person visits, presentations, and networking
-Represent FirstLight at community events and industry functions
Track outreach and results using our CRM
Execute a sales plan to meet monthly and quarterly goals 4

What We’re Looking For
-2–3 years of outside sales or business development experience (healthcare or senior living preferred)
-Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
-Passion for helping others while driving results

We’re seeking a highly motivated Community Liaison to bring in referrals for our non-medical home care agency. Base salary $50–75K with additional earning potential through commission and bonuses.
