Chandlers Landing is celebrating 50 years in the city of Rockwall.  We are proud of our community and its contribution to the city.   We, every year have a awesome Fire Works Show   It brings people from all over our city, county, and surrounding communities and Dallas 
We, every year sponsor the Dallas Race Week activities  This event has been known to bring in individuals from all
over the country to visit our wonderful city.   
We feel that Chandlers Landing is one of the outstanding areas on Lake Ray Hubbard.  
Many residents feel they live in a resort, with the breathtaking sunsets.,  views of the lake, the access to the marina, swimming pools, tennis courts, and the amazing amenity The Yacht Club.
